Great thread. Shows what a bit of patience and dedication can achieve. My own build is nearly completion, its been a long year so far!

Car mapped on the 29th at Rogue Motorsport .had a problem on the dyno which meant the map had to be finished on the road

dyno proved 328 at the wheels at only 16 psi
although the road mapping has meant 22psi is catered for

guestimated by Lyndon at rogue as 350-360whp ,on a mustang dyno ,which could be as much as 390-400whp on a dynojet dyno
please don't take that as gospel as i said its just a guestimate .i will in due course get a proper dyno run in ,to check

still got some tweaking of the cams to do ,so hopefully a few more horses are hidden inside my engine

really pleased with how it performed ,considering its a homebrew engine :thumleft:

Also fitted some new parts .
Carbon rev5 spoiler
Rev5 recaro's
Smoked front indicator/sidelights
KO racing 3" inatke
Rogue engine bay fan kit

pictures to follow :D

It has taken longer than i expected with the chargecooler
The bumper really put up a fight
Finally got the chargecooler all fitted ,plumbed up ,and bled up ( 3 hours just to bleed the damn thing

And the blooming PRE-RAD leaks .Never mind ,its a job for next weekend

Had a think about the tein suispension ,and i don't think i will fit it till the spring .Makes no sense to fit itto the car and have it sit outside going rusty all winter ,as i only rareley use the car over the winter
same goes for my carbotech brake pads and new grooved discs .

Update

I have had a succesfull stint on the t3/t4 turbo ,dyno'ed at 352 WHP at 20.3 psi .there is more in this turbo for sure but i , in a moment of insanity ordered a GT3076 kit to replace it  ETA 1 month

Also got some more wheels from rory. aswell as a greddy gracer lip and black rev5 spolier .
As yet to fit my teins .

here is a piccy with the new wheels

I love it Marc 8)

Those Ko Racing kits really are the nuts 352whp from what basically is a dinosaur of a turbo  shows hows quality parts and good selection(Cams ect) can give excellent results.
It only seems like yesterday when we were both sorting out the PFC conversion on the rev1's and now I no longer have an MR2 :( and youve built this beast. Hats off to you Marc you've put together one hell of car.
I want my black tubby back now

Looking forward to the results with the GT series on what are you expecting 400whp :-k

Ha Ha those were the days ,i had all those 3 letter codes whizzing round my head ,the, cor ,cco ,oxy etc etc ,then thought what the hell am i doing and just went and bought a rev3 anyway :thumleft:

as for goals with GT3076 i have to be honest 500 fly would be the icing on the cake but we'll see should do 400+ WHP no problem

I know mate ,i have been under a spell where i didn't want to get my teins dirty over winter :gayfight: but i think now i will spend a day over the xmas hols swapping over the suspension ,and fitting that lip i got off you and also maybe fitting my toms rear bumper ,and possibly the bomex skirts i bought 2 years ago and haven't even unwrapped .yet

i think i have got more parts waiting to be fitted than i have got fitted at the moment
