2008 MR2 Mk1 Club Calendar - update pg 4 (price etc)

Well, it's been a long time coming, but it's finally getting somewhere! (Well, I say that, it's taken me a while to process all the photos!)

And now it's your turn! Below (don't scroll down yet!) are submissions for the calendar that I could use (in a few cases, entries couldn't be used due to a lack of photographs or photographs of too low a resolution).

I know which ones I'd use, but it's your calendar and your club so I'd really like some members input as well. I'd like you to vote for your 10 favourite months.

Why 10? Having put many hours into this already, Jo (MR2Mk1Chick) and I would love to see our cars in it as well. Hopefully, when you see the images we've got for our months you'll feel they're images you're happy to have displayed for a month... ;)
Having had to sort out all the others, I've not had a chance to do mine yet, but as an example, Jo's looks a little like this:

(Note: You cannot vote for Jo's... or mine if/when I get it up here)

There are 17 choices below. The months for each car may change depending on which cars are voted through; so you can ignore the fact that there are months where two cars share a month. What you need to choose is which ten of those images you would most like to have displayed for the period of a month each.

And remember that if you buy this calendar (and I hope you do, after voting for it!) you will be showing each page for a month, so choose images you'd be happy to have showing off to your family/friends/work-colleagues!

So, how to vote? Well, PM me with your favourite choices. They don't have to be in order (and if your car is one of the 17, you can of course vote for yourself... ;) ).

I don't mind how you identify your ten favourites... whether you tell me the numbers of the images you like (I've numbered each entry as you'll see), or the names of the owners - I'll 'translate' as best as I can... ;)

Oh - and if you're one of the entrants, please check the details on your page (your name, year, car details) to ensure they're correct as this may be your last chance to do so! ;)

Voting closes in a week; midday Friday 30th November

So, on to the entrants:

Thanks Ollie! The hours spent on it certainly feel very rewarding after hearing back positive things about it...!
And like you, I really can't wait to see this printed and on my walls (yup, getting more than one copy myself I reckon... ;) ).

Max

All the cars featured on here would be a pleasure to look at for a month.

Lots of hard work has went into this and i can wait to order a copy.

Thanks again for the time and effort the parties have put into this :thumleft: :thumleft:

A job to be proud of me thinks

Thanks very much guys!

Yup, I was worried about that... ;)
On the plus side, by the time I got to the sixth one, I'd worked out a good routine and the templates I set up now work well...

Hopefully (note to all!) this will inspire more club members to go out and take great photos of their cars ready for next year... :)

Shameless bump...

Come on chaps! 180 odd views and nowhere near as many votes... I know it's difficult to choose but surely you all have some preferences?

 :-s

The whole point of a sticky is that it's MORE obvious to the denizens of the forum! ](*,)

Gonna need a big flashing title I think.

LOL - yup. There's only five stickies up there too... (and I keep trying to keep that number as low as possible...). Shame that we can't get the forum to do big flashing signs...

Anyway... I'm going to extend the 'deadline' for votes to midnight Saturday; as my plans have changed I won't be able to do anything towards finalising the design until Sunday morning.

Also, you don't have to be a Mk1 club member to vote... ;)

Cheers,

Max
