:thumleft: BIG THANKS TO SY :thumleft:
Drove all the way from Manchester to collect me and Toby ,
Toby went ar$e first into the tyre wall
You really are a hero

:( APPOLOGIES :(
TO Lauren who was passengering at the time,
Ended up with a 4hr A+E wait, after gashing her finger and banging her shoulder on my boom box. (and to shish who drove her there)

I feel lucky to have made so many good friends
It was a fantastic weekend.
Shame about Toby though
(spoke to Mel. A 1.5 is the favorite so far)

Big Thumbs up :thumleft: to
Anna - Everything was great
Dave & Kirsty - Great food and all The Striker laps
Si cook - Fixing my knocking (Mmmm)

Hay yall,

I had a great time meeting you guys at the weekend. Thanks Kirst for the invite, it hadn't previously occoured to me to bring a nissan to an MR2 meet but I'm glad I did - Thanks all for making me feel welcome and thanks to everyone who helped organise things.

Good call whoever said about taking the A5 back instead of the 55 - I followed it down through bets-y-coed & llangollen - top drive.

And special thanks to the MR2 only boys for the German Sherbert Experience ;)

Cheers

Neil

ps - sorry to hear about the accident :(

Sorry to hear about the crash Dave. :( Maybe puting a 13 on the car wasn't such a good idea. 8-[

Would like to say thanks to every one for making it a fun weekend for Cassi and I, next time I'll have a car to take on the track I hope.

The red dwarf didn`t crash!!!
I crashed Toby, just before the end of play sunday.
I`m sure because it didn`t have a Lucky No 13

Hi all,

Got back a little while ago.

Again - an awesome weekend 8)

Big THANK YOU! to Anna and Kirsty for organising it all - especially the surprise decor :D

After getting to the cottage on Friday night realising the oil filler cap had been left off all together or it working itself loose wasn't a good start. But the decor and pleasant greating soon lifted the mood.

Saturday's late drinking efforts were pretty good too - those Sherbert-Vodka things rock :thumleft:
Although I might think twice about it again :eye:

Was good seeing everyone again and the track action even better with only a few minor offs by Jo and one by myself the whole weekend.

Gutted for Dave and Toby, but as said, it could have been a lot worse and at the end of the day it's just a car (which sounds like it will live on as something else just as good/better). Also least you both walked away virtually unscathed :+:

Also totally gutted for SNail not making it :( Hopefully the nailyness will settle down a bit and it will be track ready soon :+:
Also glad you all enjoyed your caternailing for the day :+:
Horseys were fun - Jo & I feel a bit "John Wayne" today

Yesterday was good too. Jonny gave a very effective display of how an MR2 is meant to drift. Hope to see the video footage soon.
Those drift instructors (from months ago) don't know jack

All-in-all absolutely ace weekend 8)

I am loving reading all the stories and I'm so gutted I missed this!

Is it just me... or do strange things always happen at Anglesea?

Simply awesome driving 8)

It's amazing as a "professional" drift instructor tried to drift the same car earlier this year and said it wasn't possible due to the layout
