Carribean Blue Rev 3 GTS

Post by Carlos GTS »

Hi,

Well the time has come and I'm considering selling up and getting a more economical car. Probably won't be until March next year, but if the right offer came along would sell now.

Car is a Late 1995 (N) reg Rev 3 GTS (Turbo).
Mods included
Geniune Bomex Front bumper (Slightly modified as per the pics)
Pheonix Power Skirts, MRD Rear spats.
Apexi N1 Exhaust,
Blitz SBC-ID boost controller
Blitz Decat
Apexi Induction Kit
Magnicor Ignition Leads
17 Inch Wolfrace 6 spoke alloys (Mint condition)
Momo Race Steering wheel
Stainless Steel gearknob
KYB Adjustables allround (Although car not lowered)
Clifford Concept 300 alarm.
Alpine MiniDisk Player, Infinity speakers.
TRD Front and rear strut brace
Climate control and all the usual GTS refinements.
Some Japanese history including original services manual and documentation to confirm derigistered in Japan.

I imported the car though JDI in April 2003 with 28k on the clock she now has 61k (miles) as it's my daily driver. Serviced every 6 months for the first 2 years, then yearly for the last 2.
I've all the receipts for everything done/purchased over the last four years and all MOT's etc. It's had a new rad last year fitted by 3S services, Clutch fitted just after I got her.
Apart from the clutch and rad, i've changed both handbrake cables and a few bushes, other then that she has been perfect since I bought her. And actually the most realiable car Ive ever owned. Not once has it ever failed to start, and everything works as it should!

Bad points.

Clutch Thrust bearing is a little loose, but is just a minimal rumble noise, and the clutch is fine. (Also quite commen, from what I read on here),
The odd stone chip.
The front bumper is slightly cracked, but this will be repaired before sale.

Anyway. Here are the pics..

Forgot to add, Taxed until end of Feb and Mot'd until March

Price is £4300.

If interested I will post up more pics of inside and other side (Sorry these are all I have right now)

Would be serviced and MOT'd before sale if full asking price is met.

Cheers.
C

Thanks very much,

Reason for selling is because I'm moving house and the journy to work is going to go from 20 miles a day to 70.. So the dreaded diesel seems to be on it's way!

Honestly I'm gutted about selling it, but the cost of petrol and putting 1400+ miles on her a month just means it's better to sell her now.

Sorry Mate, I didn't notice, but then again you weren't in your Tubby. How is the rebuild going? Can't be long before she's back on the road? With some serious power!!

Right back to the car. My insurance is due for renewal in 2 weeks and I've got my eye on something (Nowhere near as exciting as my Tubby, but ticks the boxes for what I am looking for) therefore I will consider resonable offers. So if anyone is interested pm my with an offer? Whats the worst that can happen! I'll just say no! or I might even accept!

Go on.. buy yourself an early christamas present!! \:D/

I'm so gutted to see her go.. but I suppose I have to move on.. Had nearly 4 great years out of her.

It's been sold to a memeber on here, although I think he may sell on as he run's a used car business. Either way I'm sure he'll look after it! For however long he has it!! Although probably won't stroke her and talk to her the way I do..
