Yes as I understand it you'll need a garage to press the old bearing out and the new one in. If you've got alternative transport you can remove the hub yourself, take it to a garage to have the bearing changed, then put it back on yourself. I've never done this so I'm not sure how hard it is but shouldn't be too difficult.

Bearings

Hi,
I've changed 3 now without problems.
Its a straightforward nuts and bolts job to take the hub off.
The bearings are available from your local auto spares shop for around £35. Then you need to find a local engineering company to press out the old and put in the new - I was lucky enough to be allowed in to do it myself. Good luck! :)
