[Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Twin Plate + Gbox into Rev 2

Guys,
I wonder if u can help.
We replaced the gearbox and clutch on the Rev 2 Turbo with an OS Giken Twin Plate clutch (new release bearing) and gearbox from a Rev 3...

All went to plan.

First time with engine on tried to get it into gear...won't go...

We assembled the clutch according to manual.
The clutch arm moves as it should...

Has anyone heard of issues fitting Rev 3 box and clutch into a Rev 2.
All help appreciated...looks like I'll have to get the box back off again

You put a new release bearing on, but was it the proper O.S Giken bearing...?

They look standard but are different to stock.
