1994 MR2 GT-S Turbo TBAR (White) 340BHP 311ft.lbs of torque

The car is up for sale again due to Cash/PX which didn't go through because unfortunatly the buyers car has a compression problem (enrico).

I truley believe this car well sell to the first person who comes to look at it. It drives smooth, engine is sweet and tight. The engine is well modified and is not being pushed. The car runs @ 1.3BAR boost, which is 340bhp, all day. What I am trying to say is the ECU controls the boost and it is set to 1.3 so its always running 340bhp, reliably..every time you drive it.

Because the car is mapped it is also quite good on fuel when on the motorway.

The engine was rebuilt about 6000 miles ago (last year) by MR2 specialist (YVS Performance). No expense spared on the rebuild. Simon & Roger there will be running their new MR2 monster soon that they have rebuilt. He wants it to be a 9sec car. So my rebuild hasn't been done by some monkey. Simon & Roger know their stuff.

12 months MOT.
76000 miles on clock.

Spec List

86.25 JE Pistons
Eagle Conrods
All new pumps, belts, plugs, leads and gaskets were used.
Sard 800cc Injectors
255lbs Fuel Pump
T3/T4 Turbo .63 running 1.30 Bar
Custom downpipe with wastegated screamer pipe
Blitz Nur Spec cat back
Larger Intercooler with custom pipework
Apexi Intake
Aquamist Water Injection (mapped 50/50 with methanol, I have 3 gallons of 99%meths to go with it)
Apexi Power FC with Commander mapped by Perfect Touch
Paddle clutch which was new at install.
Slotted Disks and Red Stuff pads.

Probably more but forgotten. I have all receipts for work done

Half Leather seats (I have had the drivers partly reupholstered)
Omori indash boost gauge (looks oem in place of original gauge)
Standard rev3 alloys with Toyo R888 tyres (awesome grip)
Clifford alarm (WITH CERTIFICATE!)

Body work is in good condition. No dings. A few chips in the paint here and there but totally standard (except I have removed the toblerones).
The interior is standard too except for the half leather seats which i added. I have both glass covers and blinds for the tbar.

The car is very fast and pulls on high speeds really well. You can always feel the power! When its opened up the screamer pipe sounds great and the Nur spec burbles and pops on deacceleration and on hard throttle gives nice flames on gear change!

The engine is set for big power and can easily goto 450BHP with a GT3071r turbo with downpipe and a remap. I have always run the car on Silkolene Pro Oil and changed the oil twice since the rebuild. I use it as a weekend car and this summer generally for camping.

If you are looking for a primed power base here it is.

£4700 no less. I would reckon the car is worth £5500 and it owes me about £10000 (which is the amount I have spent on it in the last 15 months, receipts to prove unfortunatly!)

I have stolen my pictures back from ebay!

I have all the jap import papers but no history before that.

It was imported in 2003 and I am the 3rd owner.

When I got the car it was totally standard besides alloys and exhaust. All the mods listed above I have had done myself, I mean I have paid for the parts then professionals have fitted & engineered them!! I don't get my hands dirty that much!

I never got the wheel BHP figure printout but I remember it was about 290 wbhp I think on the screen. Maybe if you ask Perfect Touch they can look through their records and find out.

Nothing hidden in this sale, its a very honest car. I can take pictures of any part on the car if you want a closer look.

Only selling due to recently buying a new 350Z! (which is way way slower)

Still for sale.

If you are looking for an MR2 turbo then look no further. Yes they might be one that has polished engine parts and a flash paint job but this car has a pretty much NEW engine. It recently flew through its MOT.

Its very reliable and fast and most of all modded properly. Nothing is being pushed to its limits (only my bank unfortunalty!) the parts in the engine are good for loads more power than 340BHP.

It looks totally standard too. A good sleeper, so when you pull up against a Carrera4 or M3 they aren't going to leave you behind. The car pulls very hard in every gear, even in 5th it races to the red line very quickly.

This car is a good example. No hidden history and nothing to hide right now. I can have it up on ramps too if you want so you can have a good look at its belly.

You don't fancy a R33 Skyline do you mate?
