[FINALIZED] turbo swop or sell

after 5 years i am selling my beloved turbo. ( or swop) this car was a uk spec but was treated to a rev one engine 2 years ago. the big end bearings give up last year so i splashed out for a full rebuild including bearings crank pullys belts gasgets pumps turbo gearbox conrods u name it it was done and not in a back yard it was built by the same people who maintine the hyundi wrc cars. they didnt rolling road it but they said easy 270+bhp, this car has had no expence spared but its time to move on. am open to sencible offers and even standard cars mr2 or others? here r a few pics please pm me. dave

am not reaklly sure wot i should be asking for it iv spent over 15k on it but am realistic. i would hope its worth 4500 but thats me if people think the same let me no as she has to go.

i would say around £3.5 matey, friend of mine just sold his rev3 turbo for 3750, that was also fully kitted, downpipe exhuast etc

After all, it used to be a UK spec car and now has a rev2 engine, the bodywork bumps the price up and i suppose it all depends what people want to pay.

How far did you go with the engine? new pistons? headgasket?

hold out for your £4500,got to be worth that all day,i went to see a couple of turbos before i bought my present car,and if your photos are anything to go by,yours is definately one of the better ones.old adage applies,theirs plenty of cheaper ones out their,but most are cheap for a reason.so stick to your guns dave.paul.

pistons not replaced head gasget yes with lots i did not mention. oil pump clutch rev 3 brakes with red stuff pads hand brake cables alternator radiator and double fan upgrade lamber sensor starter moter engine temp switch . engine has ausie down pipe boost contoler ajdusterble fuel regulater ngk iridium plugs hks style air intake uprated exhaust trd oil filter fuel cut defender, also the front bumper has a laqure on that is used on ferarri's and lambo's to stop the paint chipping and at £70 a liter it was well worth it. all tyers have loads of tread and the wheels r 18's. inside car has an alpine 7" touch screen dvd media system 2 x 10 " subs behind seats with jbl amps, alpine door speekers, if u havent got the picture this car is fully loaded.

Ive always wondered what your bodykit was havent seen any of the parts used except for the trd rear spoiler before, and yes lucky I didnt try to waste your N/A (so I thought) as It could have gone very wrong!

thanks for the coments guys took a long time to get it looking this way and yes it is costome spoiler not trd( well spoted greddymat) and the blade is carbon. only thing is it started over heating the other day so i not selling till i fix the prob, im 99% sure its just the thermostate as there is no symtoms of head gasget plus its just been done as has rad and lots of other things so will let all u guys no as soon as i do.cheers dave
