you obviously do cos you keep posting! I have a wii and i use PC games and used to have a PS2 so im not narrow minded at all and like you say. its a public forum so i can say what i want and i dont like the PS3.

i dont hate PCs or wiis or even the PSP isnt bad (shame its sony tho) but when i see people banging on about the cell and how you get lag on the 360, im gonna correct them.


And H3RB, the only way that would happen is if it was MS that had made the delayed promises, made the arrogant comments and then created a gaming nightmare for devs then yea you could be right. but it wasnt. as lauren keeps saying, sony didnt rush this so why has it still gone so badly when MS did rush it?

Well i dont care,

This moth i got paid more after tax than i did in 5months before tax at my old position (same firm), i am very lucky or just a fkucing good salesman.

So for xmas i am getting my Bro a PS3 with games of his choosing £600 in total, i will get my mum the Wii box with a few games, i will be getting myself an Elite with a copy of Half-life Orange box, i already have the 360, and the PS2, and i will be picking up a Panasonic 50" 1080p Screen, and a 1080p HD projector as well.

Oh and as i am getting it all from the same place which is part of the group i work for i get 10% off the lot

So i dont care which is best as i will have them all in the house

@samuk, when u no as much about the ins and outs of the console or pcs as i do then please come back and correct me, a recent ex employee of ms china has released a statement just how broken the 360 is against hackers and the over heating problem. you can try and correct me as much as you like but its pretty obvious you dont no what your talking about

whatever tho dude. my xbox is working perfectly so for you to keep using reliability as the only thing against the xbox really doesnt bother me right now.

no i said u need download if ur not the host upload then wont matter, upload matters when ur the host and its not download that matters, thats why when you the host if you have modded maps etc the rest of the people in the game will have that map and the game wont crash because the host isnt downloading from any of the clients.
i do no what im talking about after all i helped code x-link kai for the first 3 years of its life, and if u dont no what that is go check it out

If you are the host everyone runs on your Upload Speed, if you have an upload of 64k and your mate has an upload of 348k He should host.

As you are the host and everyone connects to you then everyone else just runs on there download speed as they connect to you.

So it does not matter if you have 342MB (Download) on your broadband if the host has 64k upload as thats the speed you will all run at, as the info must go to and from the host.

And on home grade Broadband they dont have the number shown as its very very low, business grade broadband will have between 256K and 834K upload unless you are willing to pay through the nose for SDSL (2MB up and Down) and no contention as its your line right back to the exchange or building to building if you want

Also take into contention ratio, you have 256k upload and a contention of 10:1 and your mate has 400K upload and has a contention of 90:1 (like me) then you should host as you will have a higher constent speed thus a more smoother game

Just got back from a friends who has an Xbox, i simply could not believe how loud it is.

the game will look alot better on the 360 infact ANY EA made game will look better. the head of the EA studios admitted after releasing madden 08 for the ps3 that the dev team at EA dont really no how to use the ps3 to well so thats why all EA games look parp on the ps3. but what do you expect from a company that throws games out asap to get more money and offer VERY little support

of course id say it if it was the other way around, i cant deny the truth and niether can you. if you could do what you said you would. thats why i hate EA as a company they offer such little support for thier games on consoles pcs are better they have patch after patch. look at any EA game on the ps3 and see how naff they look. then look at cod4 theres no difference in graphics or frame rate. infinity ward/activision said they enjoyed making cod4 for the ps3 and it was very easy, now EA and Valve both said it was hard?? how come one company can take the time and effort to make both games on an equal level but 2 others that are known to be money grabbers and who offer little support cant do the same?
