MK1 T-Bar E-Reg white 97k with every mot - tidy car!

Hi all, the sad time has come where I may need to sell my 2 for financial reasons I understand it may not be the best time of year to sell the 2 but I need shot of it

Its a 88 mk1b t-bar in white.

Pros:
standard car! - no mods
new discs and pads all round
referb rear cals
mot to 28/07/08 with no advisories
genuine 97k with every mot since new
some service history earlier in its life, and receipts for bits I've replaced.
new tires all round 2k miles ago - falken ze512
recent oil/filter change with mobil super s 10w40
alpine coaxial speakers to replace originals - original radio but loom adapter supplied
rear shock insert replaced for last mot
new toyota backbox 2-3years ago, still looks very good.
roof shades and roof panel covers all in good nick
spare parts - ADL blueprint clutch kit, 3 bottles of gearbox oil, reverse light switch

Cons:
leaky passenger side roof panel
spots of cosmetic rust - I use this car daily
rust hole on passenger side pillar by door hinge
driver door handle clips broken





This car is my pride and joy and it hurts to think of selling it as I bought it to replace my need for speed after a motorbike crash last oct.

Difficult to tell without closeups of the rear arches.
