Hi guys,

Yet another dutch guy who made the jump over the sea to this board.

My name is Matthijs (don`t true to pronounce it, you'll fail ), short for you guys Matt.
I`m 23 years old and live in a small city near Rotterdam (Surferdude is just a 15mins drive away).

I`ve been driving an MR2 for about 2.5 years now, first a 91 NA and now a '90 Turbo with a gen2 J-spec engine, and I love it.

The car is kitted with a Border nose (soon to be replaced for a Toms), Greddy sides and Border rears. It also has a 98-spec wing that replaced a Rotora Carbon wing that the cops made me remove.

The engine puts out about 244rwhp with about 290lbs torque. you gotta love the boost

What brand and model are the wheels, I haven't seen those before?

Sorry another question - on what grounds did you have to remove the spoiler? Is there a law against spoilers over there?

Spoiler: They said that it had sharp edges and that is illigal to have. In case you hit a pedestrian they should cut themself on the car. But if I hit a pedestrian that flies over the car and cuts himself on my spoiler, in that case I think the spoiler is the least of his problems

Wheels: They are Nissan 350z spider wheels. They fit amazingly well, no spacers needed.

Not a bad idea I've been thinking about coming over again some time anyway, when my PowerFC is due to be mapped. Haven't looked into it much yet, but I don't know if there are good tuners in Holland that can map it for me. We'll see!

And a MR2 meeting in the UK sounds great, but make it in Dover, then we don`t have to drive all the way through the Uk with all those wierd people driving on the wrong side of the road.

As for the frontbumper, that will be replaced monday (frikking speedhazards).
And my wheels are sold, soon to be replaced by another very nice and unique set

We are very wierd, but the MR2 is designed for driving on the left (as they do in Japan).
