[Mk2] [Turbo] Please help!!

All, I had to jump start my car the other day and now my dash board is not working (Rev counter, Speedo etc), neither is my heater and my fan is on all the time. I thought it was a fuse but i have checked them all and they are ok. Do you think it could be a relay??

Any help would be apprciated.

Did you check the BIG fuses?
EG the 120Amp ALT one (Front Bonnet) as this would kill all of that lot
