Someone needs to free up the rear caliper (a big hammer can work) and then MOT the car.

If I had the time or space I'd do it myself and turn a tidy profit.

there was a nice black one on ebay that needed some work very tidy body though and was a t bar sold for £550 a lot of money can be made from these. would love to get a yard and break them im suprised how much things go for
