Am i correct in thinking that these have 158bhp as standard?
i have previously owned impreza wrx's and pulsar gtirs and wanted something a bit cheaper and have some performance with the looks also so the mk2 mr2 fits the bill exactly

Spot on.Enjoy the car for what it is.
Serviced regularly, these engines will give you years and years of enjoyment.
And, as Jay said, get the chassis and brakes sorted and you'll have a great car.

with 30-35mm drop the car site great on 16" wheels for the perfect balance between turning and speed.![]()
later you could do poly bushes, anti roll bars and drop links.strut braces

TYRES! if you have rubbish tyres then your never going to get the best out of your car.
i swear by goodyear eagle f1.
both the gsd3 and older gsd2 are great tyres and will stick in all weather conditions.
