[Mk2] [NA] Cat needed, MOT fail on Co2 emissions

Post by c3pete0 »

Hello, my Rev 4 NA has a blue flame exhaust and de-cat pipe on it. It failed its MOT on Co2 emissions yesterday and I don't have the old cat, it had to be cut off when fitting the new exhaust as it was rusted on, so I don't have a cat to fit for the re-test. Does anyone have a cat I could lend for the re-test, there's a few quid in it for you and you would be getting me out of a right hole. If not, does anyone know a breakers who specialises in 2s? Please help :(

I'll be having emission problems come MOT time (Blueflame / decat installed) but I was fortunate enough to keep my old backbox and CAT. It's a bit rusty, but it doesn't blow so should sail through :)
