i purchased a MAT sensor relocation kit for the rev2-rev3 conversion, turned up without the fuel rail bung and after being promised it shipped out asap i still am waiting.............. approximately 4 months later!!! 
countless phone calls to see where it is and get the old"i'll chase it up and phone you back in the morning"
