What happened to the suggestions page??

I've noticed a few new topics appearing on here but what happened to the Site Suggestions topic? I've got a suggestion I'd like to post but where do I do that now????

Well I was thinking a Topic on Scrapyards might be of interest to some on here particularly the mk1 peeps that are starting to find some parts a bit more difficult to find. If people could list when and where they spot an MR2 that's being broken and give a little bit of detail then it could help fellow IMOC'ers find that elusive part.
