I have found my car to handle better with the cross brace off.

It gives the chassis a little more flex and makes the back less twitchy!!!

Yeah 20 mill ultralites.
They are very good.
I coudnt get these wheels staggered.
Plus all i could afford(i wasnt single when i got them!).

thats my old engine mate, i went down to 3S to pickup my downpipe up while yours was in


never had any bother with it in the 3 years/37k miles i did.
always made good power aswell 200rwhp as standard
(265rwhp with a few mods
+ 1.2bar) well serviced aswell.

still got all the details/dyno graphs in my profile, not updated it with the replacement tubby yet

no probs mate, its definately a goodun.
i think it was on about 67k miles when it was written off, was on 30k miles when i bought it


EDIT: just had a look at the engineers report,
milage was 66,940

too much hassle TBH and i didnt fancy driving around in a CAT C write off.

i didnt do bad though i got in total
£5900 back for the car
+ kept all my mods to go on the new one.

bought a hardtop rev3 tubby and have about
£2500 spare cash


just need to get all the bits on the new tubby now
