No need to be so harsh against Lauren! Rules are rules. And on IMOC you can only advertise MR2s and MR2 parts for sale. It's as simple as that.
Even if you are selling up to get another MR2...

Anyway, it's not like there's no where else to advertise a car online...

cliff, i brought your old mr2 rev1.... its changed a bit since u prob saw it last i sold it to 2crookey aka alex who done all the mods and i brought brys old car...

If we had a section such as that guaranteed it would be full of 'one posters' trying to flog stuff on for nothing. If ANYTHING were to be considered it should be for premium members only, to prevent this, IMHO.

2Crooky is selling up mate - It's been emotional to see it change hands from me to you to 2Crooky and now to someone else.

I must say though that you done well buying Brys old motor. Looks - Very clean..

Great minds think alike - a section for those who are considering moving on from a MR2 and are now looking for an E39 shape 5 Series BMW at a very good price for example...

I can see what you mean but I'm hardly a one post wonder, but understand it would be difficult to moderate.

A handful of clicks to allow an "other items" section, works well on pretty much every other forum I use, the 1 post dodgy types are ignored and established members with decent trader feedback make a bit of cash from old stuff and pick up some bargains without the risk of being stung on eBay.

I honestly don't see the harm in it but the powers that be clearly don't agree with the concept despite it being asked for time and time again.

Stick up the section for a month or two and I'll moderate it for you, if it doesn't work get rid...

dont think your have much chance selling a non mr2 here cliffy boy....
a few of us are having problems selling top mr2 at the moment...
bad month to sell ...
