I use PIAA silicone wipers, a bit steep at around £30 but it's something you only replace every other year so not to bad in the longterm. They leave a silicone layer over your windscreen as they wipe so it turns rain into droplets as it hits your windscreen, more info here:

How about the good ole bosch unit with 'spoiler' price seems very good!!!

What is the spoiler though? Pity the image is not showing more of this product?

I have some of the flexi ones on the Supra at the moment, very impressive for the money, I'm not keen on the looks but they stay on the screen over 100 leptons and shift water with no judder or smearing.

I use Rain-X as well though so this might enhance things a fair bit.

Sounds good guys.

How does the 'shape' differ from OE toyota being shaped to the 'flat'
types are the bosch ebay ones flat? Not really paid attention to wipers tbh
but am now. Also do the toyota ones have that little aero-wing device?

Sounds good Michael like the leptons you travel at lol  :thumleft:

ok the oe ones have a really neat spoiler (which works) on the drivers side and the passengers side is curved to match the windscreen,

not everyones cup of tea for £30 but I like them and if you wanted you only have to buy them once and just change the rubber.

if anyone wants I could send a pic if you send me your email address as I have no idea how to do it on here

After owning my '2 for a few months now, I believe the problem lies with the fitment type, and not the wiper - either with or without spoiler - type.

Many times the little pin on mine has worked its way slightly loose which causes the juddering. If I push it back they are judder free for a few wipes, but after this it works out again, even by as little as 1mm, and start the juddering again.

At the moment when I have some spare time, I'm going round scrap yards trying to find some wiper arms from another vehicle that have the normal "clip" fitting.

When I have found an adequate solution, I shall post my findings for all.

I found them awful, left the middle part of the wipe....well, unwiped. And the adaptor was a bit ugly too. [-(

well fitted them today they even retro fit to the old school wiper arms so i managed to screw them on, they do however appear to miss a little bit in the middle on the wipe up but clears ok on the way down, will try them on my other wiper arms when they arrive

however they are 100% better than what i had on before :)

Buy yourself some Rain X and I also use PIAA screen wash which is basically Rain X but you just put this in your washer bottle as normal rather than having to wipe it on (lazy option Ha Ha) Brilliant stuff :thumleft:
