Post by ANT »

Well guys as of 3 weeks ago i was no longer an MR2 owner, bit the bullet and decided i'd had my fun with the mr2 and was time for a change, a BIG change  8)

thought i'd show a few pics of how the mr2 evolved under my ownership as well as some of its best pics. While also thanking all the other fellow members who helped during the way and met at all the imoc/mr2oc meets over the 2 yrs =D>

how it looked when i purchased it from northampton
June 2004.

looks like i'm getting another MR2

i'm being very sinsible and releasing the cash from my current car as i've been offered an Rev2 for £250 and i miss my old one so much i thought why not! :D

needs an alternator and a fog light, then MOT and away we go!
not sure i'm going to do many changes to it, just enjoy the driving experience that i miss

well basically my uncle has a breakers yard, he got this in and thought of me, great uncle!! :D

only downsides are
done 106k, leaky t-bar, alternator, fog and mot. but all relatively minor.

positives are, rev 3 lights (worth the price of the car ;) ), excellent condition body wise, aparently better that my old one.

yeh i loved them wheels! cant remember the offsets mate, all i can remember was them being 7" and 8" and been a bloody bu88er to clean/keep clean.

Lucky b@£§€ :)

I asked because of these:
Work Equip $850
17x8+29 17x9+40 5x114.3

The feedback I got was to stick close to 35 offset wise... I guess these are (in average :clown: )...
Although 9'' on the rear might be too much for a NA to drag it self around...

Anyway, lovely car you got there.

Good luck with it. :thumleft:
