[Mk2] [Turbo] My Mr2 Feeling there will be a mixed response.

Heres my Mr2 that i have been building for the last year. lots of blood and sweat has gone into this car and even cause a broken hand lol

Well here it is just wondering what you thought of it nearly finished just need sa new steering wheel and a few bits to tidy up let me know what you think bad or good??











hope you like it ill add a little spec up at a later date. Im going to have to sell the car unfortuanely as the insurance compay i was using has gone bust and i can not get insured elsewhere for the car.

verrrrrrrry good work done there mate, ya might have a prob with ya front bumper though im forever popping the bits on my wings have fix it once a month

and yours are blended scary

just hope it goes well mate i need sort my wings out again as i snapped the fiberglass yesterday where they bolt on where the side strips used be

im just turned 20 and the insurance company i was using changed policy and wnt let me renew it so cnt get insured for less than 4000 any ideas???

have utryed adrian flux i dont think u can beat them,i am older but my turbo is insured for 10 k and i only pay 450 quid worth trying them mate, quote the imoc club and u get 10% discount tel 08700 772233

Very good effort, not too sure on the wing and the scoops but it does look good as a package

fave part - your flared arches. there's so much non-stock on that car that i didn't even notice them the first time i saw the pics.

could you not have the car SORN for a year or so, and just tax / mot it when you could afford the insurance premium ?

that's a lot of work to make it your "personal" car , just to have to sell it.

Try some of the specialist MR2 insurance companie. A-Plan, Sky etc.

I'd love to hear the sounds. Is it not a bit tight in there with them behind the seats?

Love the smoothing work. Lights could do with a polish and a tint, but the rest is mint. Not my personaly taste in kits/additions, but great work by the looks of things. I'm a huge fan of smoothness.

great work....but a very euro style to me, lost the jap quality of it...

never keen on the veilside front...
but what youve done with the side and the archs and blending is AWSOME...

WAY to much going on at the rear...need a better spoiler and to ditch the scoops...
not so keen on the fact the rear lights look wonkey and almost like there gona fall off.
wheels, bit to euro...
interior, VERY nice indeed, altoh not keen on the subs....

but credit to the work.

AS FOR SELLING IT, CANT YOU JSUT GARAGE IT AND RUN IT AS A SHOW CAR FOR A FEW YEARS :-/ OR TRY FLUX AGAIN, BUT TRY INSURING IT AS A KIT CAR? WHAT ABOUT DISABLING THE NOS SYSTEM AND INSURING IT TPFT? OR TRY AON INSURANCE, SPEAK TO SOME ONE DIRECTLY, NOT GOING THROUGH A FORM ON A WEBSITE OR A MONKEY AT A CALL CENTER....

leather bonnet???? Thats def different, the interior is nice but the wheel stands out like dog balls hehe, looks like alotta work, just not my style, but who cares ay, aslong as your happy.
