Can I still get tickets through the club for the sat and sun still?

I may need a few! (10~)

We'l probably be camping on the public campsite as there is quite a few of us though (only 2 mr2 owners - me and my bro).

Or can we get on the IMOC campsite? - We'l bring plenty of food and beer! :D

Is there any/decent facilities i.e. showers?

You'll be able to buy tickets on the day, but they will be more expensive than the pre-ordered ones have been, but there you go.
If you have a mr2 and it's on the IMOC/ROC/Mk1 club stand, then if you can find room, there isn't a reason why you couldn't camp on the Club stand. - ALTHOUGH, we have yet to have the organisers confirm to us where our stand is yet, and what dimensions we have and what camping area is available etc, so you'll have to wait for all of that information.

IIRC, Yes, there are showers. You'll be sharing them with a *lot* of other people though.

Speedy - The layout is here if your interested,

http://www.japcarclub.com/jae/2007plan.jpg

So theres no way i can get 10 tickets through the club?

If we pay on the day (i.e general public) then would we have to camp on the public camp site?

We have one tent (but it is a 12 man one).

Yes - I know the layout, but it's not confirmed if we are going to be where that map says we are going to be yet. (We don't want to be where they have put us)

We are just as frustrated about the lack of news, and the layout where they have put all the clubs as you are. Since at the moment, that shows us across the road from general camping, it would be possible for us to try and bag as much of that space as possible, but we certainly couldn't guarantee anything, since it would be on a first come first served basis.
Once we know for sure where we are, then we can advise on what we are going to have to do about camping.

Is there anyway you can get 10 tickets through the club? - This thread was started Thu May 17, and was the only way to get advanced tickets through the club. All of those tickets have been allocated, and there is a fairly hefty waiting list in case any of the others drop out. In any event, you're not going to get turned away because there aren't any spaces at the event left.

If you do pay on the day, then you can say that you are club members, and you can camp in the non-public camping areas. I have no idea how they are planning on differentiating between club members and general public, it sounds like an un-enforceable idea to me.

Thanks for the reply :thumleft:

Just one more question ( I promise! )

Can we still come down and pay on Friday nite/afternoon without the advanced tickets?

Thanks Michael.

The front page has been updated with current paid list (as visible on the IMOC bank account)

If your name is red, and you paid more than 5 days ago, please contact me and tell me your full name so i can match the payments up, or please for the love of god tell me you have paid, as I can only hold the place if I know the money is coming. I will be contacting those on the reserves list on Thursday, so if you do not pm me to let me know, I'm afraid you will be too late.

PLEASE NOTE, I HAVE PAYMENTS THAT I CANNOT MATCH TO USERS, IF YOU ARE NOT 'PAID' ABOVE, BUT THINK YOU HAVE PAID, PLEASE PM ME YOUR FULL NAME/OR DETAILS OF PAYMENT AS SOME BANKS ARE NOT SENDING THE REFERENCES THROUGH.

Cheeky :P

I have updated the first post. If you are on the reserves list and have been asked to pay, it is up to you to get your payment in before all the tickets go. First to clear the bank account is first served.

I will systematically work down the reserves list every few days, so if you are asked to pay, you must do so and let me know that you have ;)

Greeny - I have currently got 4 allocated to you on the reserves list, so i'd prefer to let other IMOC'ers in after those 4 (if there is demand). If we get to the begining of July with no other IMOC'ers on the list, then you are more than welcome to more tickets ;)

Hi Anna,

I am coming to JAE now... haven't put my name down for a reserve yet as I wasn't sure I'd be coming. Is it worth me putting my name down or am I way too late for an advanced ticket?

Regards,

Pete
