Radiator prices ?

Post by Brian H »

Just wondered if anyone can shed some light on Mk2 rad prices ? i was quoted £150 plus vat from Rogue for an Air con rad (second hand) and Fensport said they had none in right now but they would be about £75 :? i'm just a bit unsure of prices...anyone help ?

prices for aircon radiators are usually a matter of supply and demand. Unfortunately, i dont think you will have a choise of very many as they are as rare as hens teeth.

£70 for aircon and £130-150 for second hand radiator sounds about right.

Fensport said £75 excluding vat for second hand air con rad and Rogue said £150 excluding vat for same thing. Only problem is Fensport don't have one right now and Toyota want £300 all in for brand new.

Rogue would be about £175 which i thought for a rad that's been in a car for 15 year was maybe on the high end of the secondhand price. For £100 more you get a brand new one from Toyota that's never been in a car.
