Just occurred to me I've never done an overnighter before. What stuff do I need to bring, are we eating in the pub or BBQing etc? I'm guessing some beer is a must-have...

Oh, and I have a tent and a plot to attempt to erect it in in case some wag was going to suggest it

Well the pub serves good food and beer but its up to you if you choose to cater for yourself i guess. I'm taking the easy route and coming home for the night.

The SC has a probable blown head gasket, and i have to fix it that weekend ready for Anlgesey track day the next weekend (fingers crossed)

Well, I've just booked my pitch for camping on Saturday.
According to my Dad my tent is two person. And according to the people at the Walter Tyrell pub, £10 is for a one person tent, £12.50 for a two person tent. Sometimes I'm too honest...

If I bring my own food, can I use someone else's barbecue? My 'stove' is definitely not off the ground...

i'm tempted to camp now!!! can get a tent for like £15 lol

edit :thinking about it, i only live in eastliegh, just north of southampton, ive got a spare room and 2 sofas if people want to kip at mine? loads of parking room and it beats camping, only just down the road
