Just so I've got this right are we talking about the Shell garage in Broadbridge Heath?
Surely that's the junction with the A264 not the A281?
I wouldn't want to drive all that way and end up missing you guys!

No it is the junction with the A281. Broadbridge heath / Horsham.
Aiming to LEAVE the petrol station at 23.00.
Meet at the back part - i.e. go through the station to the car area out back.

I think the village hall in Bramley is off a mini roundabout behind a BP garage so should help those on their lonesome trying to find it. Hope I'm right with that

Nope. The Village Hall is on the A281 past the BP station and mini roundabout if you come down from Guildford. Or before the mini roundabout and BP station if you head north up the A281.

Its been glorious weather here today.
