the front end is exactly the same as the real 355 the grill is of the real car as well so to beef up the front would not be like the real car. Its a direct mould of the 355 over all the difference is just the door and lower sill which we are going to modifie further to give an option of seperate door n sill as some of you asked in your posts.

thanks for your replies we new this would be a difficault car to do due to the response up until now on the others on the market and how alot of mr2 owners are about it....

Now we only based this on an mr2 due to not having sva tests if we went down the chassi body route, basing it on a car as a rebody saves all the hassle. And lets face it its the best of all worlds rapped up in 1, you got the reliability of a jap car and the looks of a italian super car and the running costs of a cheeps sports thatys quick and fun and usable.
what honestly could be better.

this car in the pics is my own car as well as the demo car so there is constantly improvments going on on this car as we get time on it.
the rear wheels for one are not right and will be sorted soon, as the offset is wrong. But wheels do help to move the car around on so there on there for now.
there original 355 wheels by the way not my cup of tea but for advertizing seemed the right thing to do.

5 spoke chromes on the cards deep dished.

really appriciate the kind remarks on this from you all tho and if I told you it took myself and 1 other 29 days to complete this from start to finish then you will see why we are so glad you like it.

this is not everyones cup of tea we no that and its also not the fact its an mr2 under it all as it could be any car under it really its the fact that its fun cheep and enjoyable to drive with no big bills to maintain.

Wow, you've done well to get that done in 29 days - hats off to you!
Mine's taken 3yrs so far, but then I'm only able to do the odd bit here and there... ](*,)
Good to hear that the sills may be getting a revamp as well.
I've got original Ferrari wheels to go on too - just need to get one refurbed first. Are you or the company you represent able to sell the spacers? Of course most use spacers on the back, but the pcd still needs to change on the front. My brother had a crack at it, but they're not quite right and he's too busy with paying work to have another go!
I know what you mean about the offset on the Ferrari whls - the spacers needed for the rear aren't small....
Cheers,
Iain

Sounds like its gona be pretty damn sorted when you're done :thumleft:

One point though, I'd stick with standard wheels tbh, Ferarri's are not often modified... :-k

yer we can get the spacers but they will have to be made to your size for your kit etc as these are made for us for this kit and as its the same size and width of the original 355 its alot wider than other 355 kits hence we have custom built spacers

As for the standars wheels there only common on 355's in the uk for some strange reason. most abroard are changed but I must admit the 355 wheels are not all that in style but just for the advertizing etc we stuck them on.

I like this example and the quality shows being an out right fan of of 'pure' Japanese MR 2 related tuning be it aerodynamics, suspension, and engine related tuning parts I can relate with this ethos here and essentially one is still driving an MR 2; so bonus! Hats off to you this example is some thing to be proud and also enjoyed! 8)
