What was the point of that post?

I was with Tim when he emailed you, he emailed you to see if there was a personal problem you had regarding him, and if there was he wanted to know how to make amends.

personally i feel there wasn't anything wrong with this, as hes just trying to get on with anyone and resolve any issues if there has been a misunderstanding.

Why Comment like that?

Ed.

Maybe it struck Andy as odd that Tim emailed him over a comment which wasn't personal in the slightest.

I think over the years Tim has been involved in some heated threads,,
personaly I think that Tim Just wants to clear up loose ends and make sure his buisness is not effected by basically miss understandings or diffrence of opinion,

I do think that his ban should be lifted after so many months and allowed back on on a ASBO licence :D

His knowledge is a benifit to the Imoc comunity

I may be bias but just voicing my opinion

Having read this thread it would appear that personal emails have nothing to do with IMOC so keep them to yourself.
If you and Tim have an issue then try discussing it for an amicable resolution. If one cant't be found then fine, xxxx happens everyday and life goes on.
Just don't keep running back to IMOC like a little child running to teacher "Miss, look what I've got now".

Okay everyone, lets wrap this up now. The issue has been debated ad infinitum and I for one think it now needs to be laid to rest.

That is all.

Now hear this, now hear this:

Okay everyone, the Committee kept this thread open for the specific prupose of dealign with the issue of xxxx and IMOC, not for everyone to start personal attacks and drag up non-forum related issues. If you have nothing specifically related to the purposes of this thread, please take it elswhere.

That is all.

Ok - we kept this thread open so that people could voice sensible opinions about what has happened, not for people to start picking fights. If this stuff doesn't stop, then regrettably we will have to lock the thread.

personally i along with probably a lot more people think it should be locked now,
all it seems to be dragging up is people with a grudge against the ex afiiliate who got banned!
hence my comments.

See, thats sensible - although I appreciate your comments, I personally would like to not lock it unless it degenerates and we really have to - we have nothing to hide, and we'd like to make our case if somebody wants to question it.

Obviously, people with an axe to grind can do it elsewhere.

I haven't ground ANY axe at all to Tim, infact I've bought stuff off his website before.

I have however had first-hand experience of his 'tactics' both on and off the board and I felt it pertinent to share that in my usual tongue-in-cheek way, with a little humour and sarcasm. That's all.

My final post on the matter. He's picked on every other affiliate here, and just today I re-read the sarcy comments he made about Thors' turbo kit. It's not on.

It is obvious he is banned for very good reasons, and I am pleased the moderators are standing firm. It's my right to say I agree with the decision, and that's what I've done.

I'll vote with my wallet.
