Cr@p... same here..

The only thing on my mind today was the Spanish F1....
And with 1/2 bottle of Rioja gone, I'm not driving anywhere this afternoon

Cool!

Should have my dash either finished or wrecked by then!

Weather should be good enough for a more spirited drive too.

Hmmm... I guess I left before you guys decided to go for the drive?
Doesn't matter anyway... all you turbo guys would've gone too slow in the wet... LOL.

I got lost in MK trying to find B&Q but somehow found it in the end. Then on the drive home (B-roads... woohoo!) realised that my fuel consumption since filling up yesterday was quite good - I've obviously been a bit careful with the quick pedal without noticing it...

So I soon sorted that out, making full use of the upper revs for a spirited drive home... :D Gotta say, the Mk1 is great in the wet, though definitely needs a bit more concentration!

Cheers though Draven! Hopefully there will be better weather next time so we can actually have a run!

I got a couple of photos of the cars in the car park. Will upload them later on...

My photos are here:
http://www.borealis.me.uk/gallery2/main ... temId=2950

Sorry, for obvious reasons, no moving photos! Oh and sorry I can't display them direct on here - I 'sorted out' some bits on my gallery software, and in so doing mucked up something else meaning that I can't embed the images elsewhere! LOL. #-o
