Billing Jap car meet back on

Jap Nostalgia weekend at Billing Auquadrome being held on 14/15th July,IMHO this venue is far better that where JAE is now held( east of england show ground) and hopefully as word gets about more and more people will return to Billing and make this meet one the best events of the year

It was on last year too ( i think) , but I didnt do a mk1 club stand as it was too close to JAE time

I agree that Billing was a great event but just couldn't handle the amount of cars, it became TOO BIG!
The first year at the East of England Showground was dissapointing but second year was far better and i'm sure it will improve this year
As far as Billing goes it's had it's part in JAE history but everyones had to move on

I'm only going by what i have heard about the last time we where there! As i was inside the ground i can't guarantee this info is correct but i beleive the Police couldn't cope with the amount of cars coming in and the roads where jammed solid.
AFAIK the roads around the East of England Showground can handle the cars better.
I would be happy for JAE to return to Billing but i doubht it will ever happen
If you can assure the organisers of JAE that there are ways that we could return, maybe they will listen
