i've not accused imoc of any misconduct

And tim's already admitted he's regreted his actions.

Regarding most of the posts on this thread alot of them should have been moderated as its getting to a level where its become a personal attack on Tim's character with no way for him to defend himself.

I have reported certain replies to the admin through the report button like instructed because of breaking the same rules you've been using to judging Tim and nothing has been done.

Tim's being accused of breaking the rules and hes been dealt with, thats fact but other are still doing the same even in this thread and its being overlooked.

I quote from your rules and conditions.

"No Flaming, Personal attacks, "flame bait": IMOC-UK is a friendly community of MR2 enthusiasts and such posts will be deleted on sight and users moderated accordingly. "

I personally think this thread should be locked now!

Ed, I suggest you think very carefully about what you are posting. If you have any problems outside of the scope of the forum I suggest you do as Anna suggests.

I also note that that you have not complied with my request made to you via PM Thu May 03, 2007 10:07 pm. I strongly suggest you do or else you will not have the opportunity to make your opinions known. I have been very generous in not already having taken action.

I apologise. It came across that way.
However, If Tim fully does regret his conduct, I don't understand why 'he' (through others' posts) persists in blaming others for it. I also don't understand why if he admits and regrets his conduct why he is pursuing the course of action he currently is.

I am not aware of any open reports, so i presume the moderators have already dealt with this.

Quite right. Please report any instances. As for locking the thread, we are opposed to do so, as we as the committee have nothing to hide. Locking the thread might make members think we do.

*Edit to ad,
Ed, your only recent report, Mon Apr 30, 2007 11:59 am, was concerning another thread, and was dealt with by Icsunonove. I am more than happy to reopen if for you if you are not happy, but the resolution may be the same.

Right I've just wasted some more time checking out some facts (I'm not prepared to play this game for much longer).

Ed,

You have reported ONE SINGLE post. I dealt with it and chose not to inform you that I had done so.

I am aware that Tim has reported some posts, is this what you meant?

I can only assume there are lots of tongues in cheeks at the moment regarding "ed" lol. Tim, stop acting like the schoolboy all the time and take it like a man. You were banned for what seems like good reason(s) and the mods on here have worked hard to keep this civil imo.
STOP posting as a make believe person and GROW UP!
People who claim to have seen ed and tim at the same time are liars-simple as.
If tim is allowed to come back as a non affiliate he will do exactly the same pimping of threads as he has always done trying to give the impression that he knows what he is talking about.
And one other thing tim, discover spell check buddy- it's your big downfall lol

John,

We are fully aware that they are actually two people, but I'm not prepared to comment further, for what might be self evident reasons....

Two people maybe it's not inconcievable that there is someone called ed (or edd) but its the same poster thats for sure, unless the teaching standards are different around kiddy.
Hardly rocket science is it

Icsunonove, i was unaware that this was dealt with so i apologise for that, usually when a post is reported the outcome is informed to the person who made the complaint.

We're 2 different people, nearly everyone as the mr2 record breaking attempt can confirm this, as we were both there.

I've never said the admins have something to hide and I think they've acted correctly on the information they were willing to accept as proof. No argument there.

What I say is my own opinion not Tim's, once again there is personal attacks being made against someone who can't defend themselves on this forum........

Just lock it and be done with it
