- What is the latest time someone can arrive if they're going to get in on the event?
- Do any Motorsport disclaimers etc need to be signed in advance? If so, who do we give them to / where do we get them?
- Do you have any pics of the site showing where the MR2s should be lined up / parked ? The FAQ says

At 12.30 we will lead the cars down to the track via the pink route on the diagram, we will enter the track next to the Race School and go around the circuit in the middle of the Oval to line everybody up, we will stop just before the start of the oval next to the Medical Centre and at 1.00pm when the racing finishes will enter the oval and complete 2 full laps, for the record attempt, we will then exit the track via the Blue route, through the pit lane and exiting at Garage 36 though to the paddock and back out to the Display area.

The map with the Pink / Blue routes is missing - could you post it up ? - ta.

Also, from an IMOC perspective - we're planning to have Gazeebos, and banners and a BBQ running during the day (if permitted - currently waiting on Rockingham to confirm) - it should be very like the setup we had at JAE last year, with other clubs nearby. So after the Record attempt come on over

As far as I understand it, due to everything that has to be organised and signed, etc, they really want people there by 10am.
There have been two forms sent out to people who bought (and received) their tickets in advance. I've made some photocopies (well, 10) of these forms for anyone who needs them. Don't have them in the office with me today and can't remember exactly what they're for, but they need to be signed and handed in by everyone taking part as they're part of the official counting of the number of cars taking part. Unfortunately as I didn't bring the forms with me, I can't photocopy anymore copies between now and Sunday.
The map was copied on the back of these forms. Unfortunately my photocopies are black and white, but still legible. If necessary I can photograph (as I don't have a scanner) the map when I get home this evening and upload it for anyone interested.
However, there should be enough MR2s to follow into place that it shouldn't really be an issue anyway!

Oh, chrisbr68, everyone from MR2OC is camping at Innarla. Check Page 4 of this thread. I'm no longer camping myself.

I have also photocopied all the forms needed (i did do 10 but as i'm at work tomorrow

i'll do another 10-more and more people i've spoken to need them...and thats not including the people who are coming last minute)

I'm sure they will probably be available at the event but just in case, monkeymax and I have some copies

I'll be coming on Sunday and paying on the gate. I believe i'm not the only one either. For the numbers to be official do we all need the paperwork??

Will we get the paperwork on the gate??

Be ashame to have 300 cars turn up but only 200 with the paperwork as confirmed participants??

Or am i well of the mark with the whole counting process??
