glol, lets go back over the facts again :

1) We have to have rules to prevent anarchy
2) We have tried to help and warn many times before

3)

I’ll hold my hands up and admit I was wrong. The decision from the committee and admin staff was a correct judgement to issue a warning. Unfortunately this being a 3rd resulted in a ban from this forum

And yet you've now posted :

The committee made there choice

We implemented the rules. There is no choice in implementing the rules, you have to treat everybody the same.

You make it sound like it's some personality thing. It's not. Where people break the rules, they suffer the penalty. That's it really.

We stuck to the rules and issued a warning for an breach of those rules.

Under the rules, because Tim had received 3 warnings in less then a 12 month period it meant that he was automatically banned from IMOC.

There is no vendetta against Tim. Everythign has been done according to the rules we all subscribe to on here.

We cannot bend the rules for Tim, we do not bend the rules for anyone.

Again: read Redeye32uk's post on behalf of Tim, read what Tim himself has to say on the situation.

Hang on where did i say you never stuck to the rules :-k

You know something... i wrote that post to try and stop this thread from getting carried on and on and on.... i was trying to say that instead of bickering over why he got banned that we should simply support Tim with a logo in our siggy if we choose to do so.

I really dont see what ive done wrong and i never accused anyone of anything... You had a vote, thats not a lie... the vote was to ban Tim due to 3 stirkes.... thats not a lie.

Dont see why your getting touchy really

Okay, I understand where you're coming from.

However I feel its important to make clear to people which some do not appear to be understanding in that we did not CHOOSE to ban Tim.

There were seperate incidents that led up to a ban due to the number of warnings. Just trying to make the process clear as it can easily be forgotten in the heat of the moment.

Whilst we knew the third warning would mean a ban, the conduct was such that we had to issue the warning. It was not a decision in itself to ban Tim.

Spittinflames wrote:I'm not behind this Tim ban one bit... but as rules are rules there is not a lot we can do. The committee made there choice.... Thats it. I've expressed my feelings about all of this.

I think all we can do now is support Tim and keep promoting his store and products. As said in previous posts... just because he has been banned this dosent make him a bad trader... in fact i would stick my neck on the line and say he's one of the best.

So lets stop the bickering... and start supporting Tim... he might not be able to post on here anymore but we can sure as hell make sure hes not forgotten

Yep, it makes great sense to support a trader who's trading practices nearly brought the whole of IMOC into disrepute. Brilliant that is. Well done. :?

Don't forget that works both ways. ;)

You will not be trading by proxy for Tim, you can be sure of that.

I have no problem with Tim trading, but it will not be allowed on IMOC.

hmm :-k Now what if someone was to set up an affiliates account ,perfectly legitimateley .And then was to offer amongst other things xxxx products ,Maybe rebranded, through a kind of sub-dealer arrangement .Would they be victimised from trading ,for the fault of their supplier .
Also how would you be able to check if the products being sold were indeed TBdevelompents items .After all your jurisdiction is only on IMOC.
After all any information you could collect in evidence wouldnot be verified as it wouldn't be on IMOC

Just a Theory ,I'm not planning on selling any GT turbo kits

I didnt think Tim actually had any products and was infact a middle man just ordering stuff from other people and passing it on (Im sure yet another middle man in the picture couldnt support any type of business anyway), and not in any way a 'Development' company as his name suggests, qand infact gained most of his knowledge form other forums in the USA. If he had the nouse to develop and engineer anything worth having i'm sure he would have the intelligence to understand how important forums such as these are to his business and conduct himself accordingly, which he obviously didn't, hence the ban. Its no good blaming the commitee, other traders or the orientation of the planets, Tim has no one to blame but himself and has been given more advice and slack than most people on here would be allowed, he himself has admitted that so how can anyone defend him?
