TRD small ball type for me. Feels really small at first. But within a couple of weeks it feels totally different and a great improvement over stock...

If you want a new oem leather knob just get Rhon to recover your old one, her work is top notch :thumleft:

I also have the TRD ball one. It's grand, as above it takes a bit of getting used to.

wasn't rhon offering a reskinning service for standard knobs? seem to remember it being good value.

the price of a new mk2 knob is why i went for a mk3. much cheaper from mr t.

My MR2 had an aluminium gear knob when I bought it, which I thought was really tacky - boiling hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter - and also I thought it looked a bit naff, so I've replaced it with a standard leather one.

Hey that look very good. Tried taking my gear knob off and it seems to just spin and twist the gator? Is there some sort of clip holding the gear knob on???
