Full Stainless Magnex Exhuast
x4 Fox Alloys 15 Inch with good tread tyres
107k miles
front arches clean as for the rear, drivers side is showing a tiny bit of rust and the nearsides got about 3 little bubbling marks

Completely rust free apart from one area on the front behind the drivers door

(i will fix this though)

how much is she worth? now and after MOT/rust spot repair if poss?

A mk1 has to be really excellent to get

£2000 now

(wayne here on IMOC has a mint and I mean mint mk1b at

£2850, with under 50k and has never had any bodywork done nor does it need it by all acounts), as back at the begining of this decade the rot issue wasn't as advanced.

For example

£600-700 back then buy you a really ropey, rusty shed

-

£2k

+ and you would be getting into rustfree territory.

Now even at

£500 a mk1 will cost around

£1k to sort the rear arches and make good the paintwork alone

- new wings up front painted add another

£450, thats before you take into account the state of the underneath.

So I would guess its not worth much more than what you paid for it recently, unless you have a real bargain

(they do exist

)although giving it a good clean etc as you have shown in your recent thread will help realise its potential easier.
