I bought my car from NVI last year. 1st rate service, I have never dealt with anyone trying to sell something who is as straight up as Tom. No messing around, no hard sell, just quality cars. My advice - go for it! The one thing I wish I'd done is get Tom to take me out in his mk2 spider :)

First rate IMHO, I'd always buy another car from Tom (have had two so far!)

Bought mine from Tom at NVI last December.
I echo the above comments, a 100% stand up guy, very rare in the used motor world.
I would definately buy another from him without hesitation.
If you do a search on NVI there are loads of testimonials about Tom/NVI.

I bought my MRS-Turbo from Tom at NVI, very helpful, honest and thorough.
Couldn't ask for anything more...

I did not have a very good (although short) experience! Rang to enquire about a car they had advertised on the site, I asked how long it had been in stock, the guy replied "What does that matter?". I then said I thought if a car had been in stock a while then there is usually a reason for that, he then said "Well you don't want it then do you", to which I replied "No you're right I don't now, bye". The replies were in a short, sharp tone too.

I don't know who I spoke to but that was enough to put me off dealing with them, whether he had a bad day or whatever there was no excuse to talk to me like that.

Just my 2p worth.

Steve.
