new type of tri pod speed camera hull area

spotted new type of speed camera being used in the hull area,stands alone on a tri pod whilst the tax man hides his van behind some bush 50 yards away( speed kills?never killed rich hammond ) saw it today on woodmansey road yellow box on a silver tripod :tongue:
