Just sold my standard alloys and now need to decide which set of wheels to refurbish first
rev4 polished
or 16"after market split rims
which do you think suit the car??

split rims but the profile on them looks a little bit big to me.

Neil,
what do you mean by the profile looks big What should it be with this size wheel?The wheels are 8" and 7" with 205x50x16 and 225x50x16

the suspension needs to settle as id only just fitted them and the pictures are not very good so will try again

im not saying its wrong they just look big to me.

I say split rims mate, but not sure what colour to do the center would look good black but would look small so i would go for silver i think

Should be 205/50R16[front] and 225/45R16[rear]. However, what you have on looks like taller profiles than that at the front and the back.

I think it might be the angle which the photo has been took because the front wheel looks massive
heres another of the front and it doesn't look so big

45 profile for front and rears will not only look equal and better but they are the closest to stock rolling radius too :thumleft:

i say if it was it me,go and treat your self something more that suits then emm the gold ones bud tyres too big gold last year think am trying to say , put it this way i think between them new is best ,the gold ones look too much bmw or a well known 70s/80s f1 car go for 21st centuryish :-k

dude you have to go black centre with an anodized red lip on a black car, seen it befoore and itr looked the mutts nuts!!!!!

i have the same wheels on mine but i have black centre with green lip to match the colour of the car.

Thanks to all the comments regarding tyres it looks like i will need to find some 45 profiles ,just my luck i could have bought a cheap set of wheels with good tyres the right size but, Richard bought them ](*,)
