If I get the handbrake sorted on my '2 and manage to get an MOT booked before the 25th, I'll try to be there.

Yup - me too. That was the last run I did before laying up the '2 so hoping this will also be the first one after coming out of hibernation too! Seems kind of appropriate!

Tis a different route guys buy probs one of the nicest drives in the south east!!!!

Plenty of safe overtaking spots if anyones right foot gets over-zelus! Just pray for sunshine \:D/ 8)

I have run the route as far as midhurst 5 times already! Thats how much i enjoy it :D

The climb through the woods at Henley Common is a fantastic bit of road. If it's at all damp it gets really interesting!
Last time I was there it was wet with loads of detritus which had come off the trees. Instant switch between grip and no grip.....

I joined Kissalicious too, some great roads there, really awesome \:D/

I am a bit concerned about people being over-zealous with their overtaking manouevres like last time... there's quite a few opportunities to overtake but they're not awfully long - hopefully people are a bit more aware of each other this time 8-[

Enough of me being dad, see you next week

Oh btw, on the A3 slip road where I... you know... I was barely on the throttle this time

I won't be there. Had problems sorting out the MR2 and there's no way it'll be ready in time. Completely gutted...
Next time... :(

Yeah, I know. But I've not been on a run since November and so am getting withdrawal symptoms! Not to mention the pain of having not been able to drive the '2 since November either...

Just telephoned the Seven Stars to warn them of our invasion next week!

Same story as last time, we will be arriving at their usual busy period! So once in the door, order your food as soon as, then sit back and relax with a few drinks :thumleft:

A word of warning to whoever is behind me - Please be cautious at junctions when we have come to a complete stop. I'm still learning my clutch and have a tendancy to stall it a few times every now and then. So no one get too close to me!!

Also, can we be sure where we're going through that little walled village as we all ended up in various car parks last time. Might be worth re-grouping as we did before. :thumleft:

Really looking forward to this and giving my car a good blast

You won't be going through Petworth this time Ant. You'll be following the A286 from Milford to Haslemere then from Haslemere to Midhurst, the people of Petworth will be spared a load of noisey MR2s this month.

If you can get to Leatherhead, I've got a spare seat
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.
