My Blitz wheels fitted!

Post by craig »

Got my Blitz wheels last week and thought sod it, so I bought some tyres and fitted the wheels to my car!

Image

Rears - 17x8 - 245/35/17

Fronts - 17x7 215/40/17

Wrapped in Falken 451 rubber!

Massive thanks to Andy Jones @ Wheelbase for sorting out my tyres etc out!

I love em! 8)

Cheers mate! I think so too. Just gotta sell my 18"s now.

Should notice an improvement in acceleration and handling especially with 245's on the rear.

they look nice but i find split rim style wheels look so much smaller. I prefer your old ones but perhaps thats because ive always had pugs before the MR2 As long as you are happy :D

I know what you mean mate! I've always liked Jap split rims. My 18"s were just too big. They looked nice, but the car didn't handle! :(

Cheers

I think they suit the car nicely. Tasteful design without being too over-the-top.

Ta. Was very unsure about the 51 offset, but they don't look too bad with 5 mm spacers on

Looking good Craig, glad the offset wasn't a problem in the end. Only got one of mine left to refurb now and i'll get a pic up of mine.
