The only thing I'm interested in restoring is myself after the heart attack at the thought of 6 inch heels    =P~ =P~ =P~   =P~ =P~ =P~

We are not going off topic Tom, we are simply dealing with last minute details.

Ah, but this is a mk1 club event. You have no juristiction

Sorry, won't be able to make MSN tonight. With everything that's been going on lately I forgot that we are going out with vix's work tonight.

Sunday is a mk1 club thing. Saturday night is very def. not a mk1 club event (or IMOC one for that matter). :thumleft:

Haha - after all the possibilities that they've heard of, no one wants any affiliation with us on Saturday night!!! :)

Bloody hell Tim, why not?

I could bring what I am using but it's not very secure. I would hate for the engine to fall off and land on someone's foot.

Please will someone bring four long gearbox bolts

I'm going to try, I don't have any spare here so i'm going to try to head up to BOK and steal some (and an alternator, possibly another engine 8-[ ) but am short for time, but just asking as a back up in-case I cant get there, or rip the ones out of my mk1(s)

P.s. errrm, where am I actually meant to be going on sunday? lol anyone have a postcode?

Tim,

Did you buy the engine stand that I recommended?

I've just had an idea. I might be able to use the ones off my Fiat twincam. I'll go and check......

Yep, I got that one.

I need to drop some bits off anyway, so the chances are I will get some, but its just a security measure.

Will grab my entire box of spare bolts Tom, there are some gearbox & engine mount bolts in there, but I'll need them back at the end of the day.

I only recieved the tickets last night when i got home late from work.
tried driving to the late post depot, but just missed it.

plan B into action:

MK1 Chris has now got all the tickets, and will give them to Kirsty on saturday eve.

 For those arriving on sunday at the venue, they can either liase with kirsty, but perhaps the tickets can be left at the front gate - as they are already labelled with your names and in cream envelopes.
perhaps if we write MK1 Club on the front too the guys at the main gate will not winge too much.
