Crusty Pipes

Post by embalm-a »

I have crusty pipes in the cooling system.

Any ideas on how to flush it all out?

By crusty pipes do you mean limescale/calcium deposits?? If so there are plenty of decent de-scaling formula's out there, make sure you use a "safe" one, i.e. wont react with rubber seals and pipes etc..

Something along the lines of this or similar http://www.victoria-syria.com/descale.htm

Hope that helps

Remember..... Cooling systems live longer with Calgon!
