rite unless it sells ive listed a few bits for sale

so its a 1990 rev1 uk 96k 3sfe 119bhp in blue
im askin a grand as it is as im after a new car well 4x4 just needs a bit more time and a few bits to finish off

ok bad bits first

needs two rear cailpers pads all round discs are ok but i was goin to put uprated ones on
anti roll bars link arms x4
front and rear brake pipes (metal)
4x brake flexi hoses
welding on rear arches and sills
tracking
and painting bumpers need fitting
needs front indicators
and new number plates

bits that ive done
new cam belt kit
crank shaft oil seal
head gasket set including valve stem oil seals
the head has been tested and skimmed
new plugs , oil filter
new clutch , and reccon gearbox
drive shaft oil seals
new outer cv joints and boots
4x bottom ball joints (new)
polybushed all round including engine mounts front and rear
fitted with spax adjustable shocks
fitted with mazda 17inch alloys with 4 brand new tyres
i also have a set of locking nuts
ive had the rear sub frame sand blasted and powder coated in matt black
all rear sus bolts have been replaced 100quid from mrT

the mr2 is fitted with tim gauges oil temp and pressure , water temp vacuum and volts
momo v6 wheel and boss
short shifter
rhons gear gaitor and hand brake
momo hand brake cover
uprated kenwood speakers x 4


the car still has mot but no tax and just needs finishing off

asking a grand
ive spent well over a grand on the mr2 but will never get it back thats how it goes

a bag is a lot for a rev1 3sfe TBH................even more so if the brakes, pipes, discs, welding and painting of bumpers etc etc as your looking at £500 + to sort all the bad bits out, assuming you know a friendly welder/painter, otherwise double that !

i very much doubt you could sell it on here for a 1000, even with all the work you have done.

your better off breaking it for sure, at least try n get some of the money you have spent on it back !

i think thats wot im gonna du unless sumone does buy it

im a mechanic and my work place has its own body shop so can get the bits done its just spending more dosh on it when im after a new vehicle

if you want to know prices of nice mr2's, just down the for sale section....

you have a rev2 with a 3sge engine t bar for £1800, or a rev3 ( needs tidying ) for £1500...makes yours too dear.

nice wheels tho !!!! you should be able to sell them for a couple of hundred i'd thought !
