I couldn't tell you the exposure times or anything but we have a Nikon camera that has a setting that achieves these results (its called Party or something equally stupid).

Anyway, those pics look great!

Was done with my friend he clicks the cam, I slowly drive my car while the camera shutter is open and taking light in so you get light trails.

Was done playing around with the exposure mostly, most of the shots had 30 secs.
