fink i will. altho, scales appear to be quite rare at the moment :S might take it to woolworths or somewhere, and find one of them 20p a go machines that check your BP, cholesterol, heart BPM and weight..... then weigh it on that lol

2.8 kilo flywheel.
6.8 kilo totall weight ( the steel discs between are heavy )

i think the fx700 is a little heavyer .. it uses cupper discs instead of the keflars i have. probarly just a few grams more heavy.

and no sucky hydraulics bearings involved with this clutch

...oh ... did i allready told you how freaking awesome this clutch sounds when you backshift ? .... in high revs it sounds even more cool

do you use that clutch on the road?? whats it like to drive?

yip .. for road use in my case ..

its not too bad , but you only have about 1 inch of pedal movement .. it really feels like a tiny on/off button , but i supose evrey other clutch that needs to hold terrible 700+ whp launches will have the same.

as for the sound .. if you hate rattles and stuff in youre car . than dont go this way.
it rattles like hell on idle , and when shift up it sounds like the bearings are on there way out ... but when backshift .. it sounds really really hard and mean .. some sort of scrapping noise .. you can hear the plates bite each other very hard ... i like it ... but i guess not many people do respect the sound of a real clutch

I know what you mean about the on off switch. Obviously I don't have road experience to go on, but just having someone turning the axle, and the taking pressure off the pedal and its already bitten... I forsee alot of stallings in the near future

One thing I'm bugged about is that the clutch will be the exact oposite of my everyday car who's bite point it a fraction from the top
