It's only the saturday and sunday that are open to the public though. We, the clubs, have the Friday to set up etc.

I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

There will be an "official" JAE 2007 thread at some point so keep your eyes peeled. There is some "behind the scenes" stuff to sort out first, thoguh anyone willing to help please feel free to post on this thread and we'll take note during the discussions.

20 - 22 July 2007 - Whoo Hoo - I get to spend my birthday at JAE again!

yes, the setup is in the morning, BUT:
All club members are welcome to come on friday from ~2pm onwards IIRC, so get the day booked off work to make a huge weekend.

the public (eg not coming in jap cars for the stands) it is just sat and sunday.

Affiliates league in the bouncy boxing for entertainment?

Definately. What a shame it'll never happen, though.

If not on the same pitch, couldnt the stands be opposite each other across an access road? so some carefull booking needed

I don't think the drivers club had a stand last year, and prob won't be havign one again.

this leaves onemr2 club to pitch close by.....maybe?

2br did express an iterest in pitching thier stand in the village after last year, but the plannign is still to start.....
