For sale is my 1992 jreg gt tbar turbo import in black.The reason for sale is my turbo blew and damaged my engine.Instead of opening a can of worms by having a mechanic strip and examine the engine,i opted for the transplant option.i ordered a replacement 3s-gte turbo engine from tdx jap breakers.But now christmas is here and also few financial diffs i have to sell my baby in a very quick sale and discontinue my project.So i am open to offers.Please find below what is up for grabs with this car and make me an offer.The car is in Antrim town in Northern Ireland but i can arrange to have it transported anywhere around that in a 50mile radius if the offer is good.

Up for grabs in this offer is:-

1992 jreg gt tbar turbo in black minus engine (already taken out)

The old 3s-gte engine(possibly fixable-it was misfiring on cylinder 4 and smoking before i removed it after turbo incident)

A fully working ct26 which i fitted to old engine after incident in hope engine was not ruined,but no joy as above.

The replacement mr2 engine on a pallet direct from tdx

Electronic boost controller,turbo timer and electronic fuel controller

Brand new 17" 6spoke alloys fitted with new tyres(done 50miles before incident)

This offer would be a good bargain to anyone in the area who could fit the new engine themselves or poss fix the old one.it is avalible for viewings if you contact me with details.

Not looking top dollar here for this,just would take sensible offer for whole package here for someone to come and take it all away.

yeah i might do if i get the right price for it and you can arrange your own pick up.i bought it from tdx jap breakers and it is described as '1992 mr2 gt tbar turbo complete 3s gte engine' by them if its any interest to you.i paid £580 all in (vat and delievery) to northern ireland.i havent touched it yet and it is still sitting on pallet it arrived on.

noproblem mate,i think its in either issue 1 or 2 of 'mr2 only' they do an article on a n/a - turbo conversion.
