Loud knocking sound from the engine. I backed off and pulled over. The car is tapping and knocking all over the shop so I turned it off. Let it cool. Then I started it up again and it was still knocking. I drove it home about 2 miles under 2k rpm. The knocking is nothing to do with gearbox as it does it in neutral.
I checked oil and topped it up was a little low not too bad though. Put some optimax in reset ECU it was showing an overboost code. Started it up and it struggled to started spluttered knocked and conked out. Turned it on again done the same.Any ideas.
