Just an idea Tony, why not try mountain bike cleaning type brush?

Tony, all the brushes i,ve ever tried on intricate alloys like your nice ones either don't get into the crevices or tend to scratch the wheels.
i'm sure you know this already but i would--
1)normal clean--spray on cheapo wheel cleaner and jet wash off

2)say once a month---apply 'Wonder Wheels' to any stubborn brake dust or other stains and jet wash off.

of course a jet wash does tend to test paint adhesion!!

Cheers Lauren / John, they are not on the car yet, but when the time comes i shall be doing some research. Although the structure on these alloys are not as close as the last ones i would imagine they can still be a pig to clean & Nigel ( Russd1 ) has sprayed some stuff on his wheels & ive never seen anything like it, they just wipe clean with a cloth even when the brake dust is caked on  , so will be asking him what he uses too & work out which is the best way to go, cheers, Jinxy

I had these on my XJS. Best way of cleaning them I found was to buy a Baby bottle brush £2.99 (mothercare, asda etc) and alloy wheel cleaner (wet type, not foam) Spray them all then after spraying all 4 the first one is ready for your bottle brush and hot water with car shampoo. Don't wear you best jeans though it can make a mess.
