The only obvious difference i would notice is the raised engine bay lid and the'supercharger' graphics of course!
Sell the lid on fleabay(they are sought after by the engine swap guys) if you can squeeze everything under an NA lid.

Don't really know what you mean re: side bits, as they are the same as the later MK1b's.
